ความหมาย เหตุการณ์นี้เกิดเมื่อ remote user ใช้ negative argument ใน UIDL command ส่งไปที่พอร์ต 110 บน internal server ซึ่งอาจจะแสดงว่า attempt ไปตรวจสอบความอ่อนแอที่เป็นไปได้ที่ exploit boundary ใน POP UIDL command ใน Alt-N MDeamon mail server การให้บริการอาจจะล่มเมื่อ attempt ไปที่ process command ซึ่ง ผู้บุกรุกระบบ จะต้องมี POP account ที่ถูกกฎหมายบน mail server ไปที่ attempt exploit ถ้าผู้ใช้รับรองการส่ง UIDL command กับ negative argument ไปที่ POP server การบริการ MDemon จะพังเมื่อ attempt ไปที่ process command
